Rob Louv has an extensive background in technology investment banking with over 150 M&A and private placement transactions announced, representing nearly $175 billion in aggregate consideration. Rob advises companies in a broad range of software and internet domains, including technology enabled services, software-as-a-service delivery, collaboration services, data services, cloud computing, vertical application solutions, human capital management, enterprise software, supply chain, mobility, business intelligence/analytics, infrastructure software, and financial technology.
Since beginning his investment banking career in 1997, Mr. Louv has provided strategic counsel on acquisitions, sales and divestitures, restructuring, recapitalizations, leverage/management buyouts, minority buyouts, special committee assignments, hostile defense and placement of equity, debt and convertible securities.
